Call our front desk receptionist immediately so we can get another caregiver out ASAP, if one cannot come out soon enough, then a team member from the office will come and sit until the next caregiver is available.

To pay employees on time, the first payment is due the day of for an entire week that will be put in escrow. All other payments will be due upon receipt of your invoice that will be sent to your email. 

We will be more than happy to discuss pay over the phone. Our care start at the minimum of 2 hours to 24 hours and we also provide live-in pay rates that cons of care being for 19 hours and 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep for the caregiver. 

Yes, we employee both male and female employees 

We do not mandate any of our employees to be vaccinated against covid. If your loved ones need care from a fully vaccinated caregiver, we will try to provide one that is available. All employees at Golden Heart HHA are fully trained on covid and takes full precautions on keeping everyone safe. 

Care is provided in the home of client or the facility where the client resides. Caregivers also work as sitters in the hospital where their client stays overnight(s).
